Dès l´Hôtel Porto Santo on peut parcourir les montagnes, admirer le viaduc de La Farola ou se promener en "cayuca" (canoë typique de la région) sur la rivière Toa. Porto Santo a été le nom donné par Christophe Colomb à Baracoa, la première des sept villes fondées par les conquéreurs espagnols à Cuba. Elle est aujourd´hui scénario idéal pour le tourisme de nature et le découverte de l´histoire.
